Villa owners and agents

We welcome villas from their owners, and from agents only when they are the owner's single designated rental manager for that villa. If several agencies market the same villa, we work only with the owner or the one manager the owner has appointed.

1. Every enquiry comes to Amazing Villas Phuket first, and the enquiry details remain ours.
2. We check availability with you. If the villa is available, we pass the enquirer's contact details to you so you can confirm the price and deal with them directly.
3. We rely on trust: please let us know when a referred enquiry becomes a booking.

Amazing Villas Phuket doesn't take payments for stays. Guests pay the owner or managing agent directly, on the terms you agree with them.

We don't provide agent downloads or marketing kits for the villas on this site, and the content of this website – text, photos and translations – may not be copied or used elsewhere.
