Amber Villa is a seven-bedroom family home on the south-western tip of Phuket, set within a private, gated development in a quiet valley. Around 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living space looks out over jungle and open valley, and Nai Harn's lagoon and beach are roughly a 15-minute walk away.
The bedrooms are spread over two levels and all have their own bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote-controlled air conditioning. Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, a wall safe and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and oval bath, plus a private balcony facing the valley and distant hills. A twin room next door is handy for children who want to stay close to their parents.
Downstairs are three further king bedrooms – one with an extra single – each opening directly onto the sun terrace and pool. Bedroom six has two full-size bunk beds for older children, and bedroom seven, with a bunk set and a single, works equally well for children or a nanny. In total the villa sleeps 18.
The lower ground floor also houses a large games room with a pool table, dartboard, running machine and cross trainer, alongside a sofa area with a 50-inch TV, DVD player and cable channels. Upstairs, the covered balcony has a dining table for 12 overlooking the valley, and the Western-style kitchen comes with its own Thai sitting area.
Outside, the 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a sundeck, garden and plenty of sun loungers, some on a suspended deck that catches the sun for longest. The poolside sala, with a kitchenette and dining for 10, is the natural spot for an evening barbecue.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
