Ivory Villa is a seven-bedroom family villa set within a private, gated development in a tranquil valley on Phuket's south-western tip. It offers around 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living with jungle and valley views, and Nai Harn lagoon and beach are about 15 minutes away on foot.
All seven bedrooms have their own bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote-controlled air conditioning. The upstairs master suite comes with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, a wall safe, a large en-suite with walk-in shower and oval bath, and a private balcony with views across the valley to the hills. Next door, a twin room is well placed for younger children.
Downstairs are three king bedrooms – one with an extra single – that open directly onto the sun terrace and pool. Bedroom six has two full-size bunk beds sleeping four, and bedroom seven has a bunk set and a single, making it suitable for children or a nanny. The villa sleeps 18.
The lower ground floor includes a large games room with a pool table, dartboard, running machine and cross trainer, along with a sofa area, 50-inch TV, DVD player and cable channels. Upstairs, the covered balcony dining table seats 12, and the fully fitted Western kitchen has a Thai sitting area alongside.
The 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a sundeck, garden and sun loungers, and the poolside sala with kitchenette is ideal for barbecues.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
