Crystal Villa is a four-bedroom family villa of around 200 sqm under roof, set in a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip. Nai Harn Beach is about a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. The décor mixes Thai style with modern furnishings, making it a good fit for couples as well as families.
The master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes, a wall safe and a large en-suite with walk-in shower and bath. It also has a large pull-out sofa bed for two children, and sliding doors lead straight onto the sun deck and pool. The second king room and a twin room both open onto the deck as well, with green jungle views and no neighbouring properties overlooking them.
The fourth bedroom, with its own en-suite, has a queen bed with a single bunk above and is popular with children. The two king rooms are en-suite and the remaining rooms share a large family bathroom, so the villa comfortably sleeps 11; travel cots can be supplied for infants.
The living room has a large leather sofa, a 50-inch TV with DVD player and cable channels, and a 10-seat dining table, and it too opens onto the pool. The open-plan Western kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and sandwich maker.
Outside, the 8 x 4 m infinity-edge pool has an integral Jacuzzi and swim-up bar stools, with sun loungers on the terrace. Beside it, the sala offers a second dining table for eight, extra seating and a gas barbecue for al fresco meals.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
