Sapphire Villa is a four-bedroom family villa of about 200 sqm under roof, set in a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip, around a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Nai Harn Beach.
The master suite has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a wall safe and a large en-suite with walk-in shower and bath, with sliding doors onto the sun deck and pool. A large sofa bed in the master suits two younger children sharing with their parents. The second king room and the twin room also open onto the deck, with green jungle views and no neighbouring properties overlooking them, and share a family bathroom with walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom and a set of large single bunk beds, suitable for older children or staff. In total the villa sleeps 10, and travel cots can be provided for infants.
All the bedrooms lead easily into the open-plan living room, with a large L-shaped sofa, a 50-inch TV with DVD player and cable/internet channels, and a designer bar in the corner – perfect for sundowners. The well-equipped Western kitchen includes a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and sandwich maker, and there is an eight-seat indoor dining table.
The living and dining area opens onto the sun terrace, loungers and the 8 x 4 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi, looking out over lush hillside. Beside the pool, the sala has another dining table for eight, extra seating and a gas barbecue.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
