Gemstone Villa is a four-bedroom family villa of around 200 sqm under roof, resting in a quiet valley within a private development on Phuket's south-western tip. Lush hillside views and a relaxed indoor/outdoor layout suit couples and families alike, and Nai Harn Beach is roughly a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away.
The master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes, a wall safe and a large en-suite with walk-in shower and bath, along with a comfortable sofa bed for two children. Sliding doors lead straight onto the sun deck and the private pool. The second king bedroom and the twin room also open onto the deck, with green jungle views and no overlooking neighbours.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a single bunk above and is a favourite with children. The two king rooms are en-suite and the other two share a family bathroom, so the villa sleeps 11; travel cots are available for infants.
The living room has a large leather sofa, a 50-inch TV with DVD player and cable channels, and an eight-seat dining table, and opens directly onto the pool. The open-plan Western kitchen comes with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and sandwich maker.
Outside, a large sun terrace and garden surround the 8 x 4 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi. Next to the pool, the sala has a second dining table for eight, extra seating and a gas barbecue for evening entertaining.

- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
