Moonstone Villa is a large six-bedroom villa, colourfully decorated with designer furniture, Asian artefacts and fabrics. Four bedrooms sit in the main house beside the pool and sun deck, while two more bedrooms and a games room on the lower floor have their own street access – a layout that works well for larger groups or families sharing. Nai Harn lagoon and beach are about 15 minutes' walk away.
The master suite – the red room – has a king-size four-poster bed, ample wardrobe space and a wall safe, with sliding doors onto the sun deck. Its en-suite has double basins, a walk-in shower and an oval bath. The blue room has two large single beds and the green room a queen bed; both open onto the deck and share a large family bathroom. The yellow room, also upstairs, has a queen bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower.
The main floor has a spacious living and dining room with a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired table seating up to 12, a leather sofa, TV, DVD player, cable TV and home theatre, together with an open-plan Western kitchen. Outside, sun loungers and parasols line the deck around the 8 x 4 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi, and the sala and gas barbecue are ready for al fresco meals.
Downstairs, a king bedroom and a twin room – both en-suite – share a separate living area with sofa, TV and DVD player, effectively forming a self-contained apartment. The games room has a pool table, a smart TV with cable channels, two pieces of gym equipment, a covered table-tennis table and two day beds that can sleep two extra guests, bringing the total to 14.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
