Topaz Villa is a bright, spacious five-bedroom family villa of about 220 sqm under roof, set in a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip, around a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Nai Harn Beach.
The five bedrooms sleep 10, and two day beds in the upstairs TV lounge add space for two more – ideal for teenagers who want their own den – bringing the total to 12. The master suite sits in its own stand-alone pool house on the ground floor, with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite with walk-in shower, separate bath and twin basins; patio doors open straight onto the sun deck and pool.
Also on the ground floor are a king bedroom and a twin room with 3'6" singles, both en-suite and both opening onto the pool deck. Upstairs, a further king room and a twin room share a detached bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and both open onto a balcony with an outdoor staircase down to the pool.
The ground-floor living and dining room has a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch TV with cable and DVD player, and a 10-seat dining table, next to a fully fitted Western kitchen with breakfast bar.
Outside, the 8 x 4 m pool with integral Jacuzzi has a feature sun deck suspended over the water, and the sala opposite the pool house has an eight-seat table for al fresco dining. The upper-level roof terrace adds sun loungers, sofa seating and a table-tennis table, and Wi-Fi and a landline are available throughout.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
