Ruby Villa is a three-bedroom family villa of about 200 sqm under roof, set in a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip, roughly a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Nai Harn Beach. It suits couples or a small family looking for privacy and comfort.
Ruby-red soft furnishings set against dark teak furniture give the villa a warm feel. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and sliding doors straight onto the sun deck and private pool, and the spacious living room has a large leather sofa and a 50-inch TV with DVD player and cable channels.
The master suite has a king-size bed and a large en-suite with walk-in shower, separate bath and twin basins. The second bedroom has a king-size bed plus a large single – handy for a child sharing with parents – and the third has two large singles; these two rooms share a detached family bathroom with a generous walk-in shower. The villa sleeps seven, and a limited number of extra beds can be provided on request for a supplement.
An eight-seat dining table sits beside the open-plan Western kitchen and breakfast bar. Outside, next to the 8 x 4 m pool with integral Jacuzzi and feature sun deck, a sala offers another eight-seat table and a barbecue, so meals work equally well indoors or out. Wi-Fi covers the villa and a landline is available for local calls.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
