Villa Jasmine is one of two villas – the other is its sister, Villa Malee – set in the same grounds in a quiet residential area above Kata Beach on Phuket's west coast. One of the first villas built in the area, it has been welcoming guests from around the world since 2006. Its hillside position gives wide views over Kata towards the sea, and the sunsets that come with them.
The villa is fully staffed. A villa manager, private chef, room maid and gardener look after the house and its guests, and breakfast is included every day. The chef cooks authentic Thai and Western dishes in the villa kitchen, there are barbecue facilities on the pool terrace, and a grocery shopping service is available. The villa manager can also arrange airport transfers, tours and excursions, restaurant reservations, babysitting and transport around the island, from taxis to car and minivan hire.
The living space is upstairs, at pool level, to make the most of the view. The open-plan, air-conditioned lounge, dining area and kitchen look straight out to the pool from most angles, which makes it easy to keep an eye on children in the water. There is a large dining table, a sitting room with a big television and a shelf of books, and complimentary fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Downstairs, the four large bedrooms lead off the entrance hall. All are air-conditioned and en suite, each with its own television: three have double beds and the fourth is a twin, whose beds can be kept apart or pushed together. The villa sleeps up to eight; baby cots and extra bedding are available on request, and larger groups can enquire, as additional costs may apply.
Outside, the infinity-edge pool has jacuzzi jets, an elephant fountain and a children's paddling area, with panoramic sea views over Kata Beach. A sun terrace with loungers and parasols and an outdoor shower sit alongside, and optional safety fencing can be put up around the pool on request. Kata Beach is about five minutes away by car and Karon Beach about ten; Phuket International Airport is about an hour's drive.

Cancellation policy
- No refunds. If you tell us of a cancellation no later than one month before your arrival date, the amount paid can be used towards a mutually acceptable alternative date of stay.
- If a cancellation is made within one month of arrival, payments are retained by the owner and cannot be used for rescheduling.
- The owners try to be as fair and flexible as possible, within reason.
