Coral Villa is an eight-bedroom family villa on Phuket's south-western tip, offering about 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living within a private, gated development. It sits in a quiet valley with jungle and valley views, around 15 minutes' walk from Nai Harn lagoon and beach.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a large en-suite with a walk-in shower and oval bath, with sliding doors onto a private balcony overlooking the valley. A twin room on the same floor suits younger children, and the upstairs TV lounge – with a 50-inch TV, DVD player and cable channels – has a double sofa bed so it can serve as an optional ninth bedroom.
The remaining six bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedrooms three to six all have king-size beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, with sliding doors straight onto the sun terrace and pool; one of the king rooms also has an extra single. Bedroom seven has a queen bed with a single bunk above and a shared bathroom, and bedroom eight – which can be used as a maid's room – has a queen bed and en-suite. The villa sleeps 20 in total.
Downstairs there is also a large games room with a pool table, dartboard, running machine and cross trainer. The covered balcony has a dining table for 18, and the Western-style kitchen includes its own Thai sitting area.
Outside, the 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by sun loungers and garden, and the poolside sala, with a kitchenette and dining for 10, is ideal for evening meals and barbecues.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
