Emerald Villa is a seven-bedroom family villa of about 550 sqm under roof, set in a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip, around three minutes' drive from Nai Harn Beach. Unobstructed valley views and generous outdoor space make it well suited to large groups or two or three families travelling together.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes, a wall safe and a large en-suite with walk-in shower and oval bath. A sofa bed lets younger children share with their parents, and sliding doors open onto a private balcony with valley views. A twin en-suite room is on the same floor, as is the main living room with a 50-inch TV, DVD player and cable channels.
The upper level also has a covered dining area for 12 overlooking the valley, and a fully fitted Western kitchen with a Thai sitting area.
Downstairs are the second master bedroom, with another king four-poster and doors straight onto the pool terrace, two queen bedrooms and a twin room, all with crisp white cotton linen and en-suite bathrooms. A separate staff room with a single bed has its own access from the carport and laundry. This level also has a second living room with kitchenette, breakfast bar, sofa and home theatre, and a games room with pool table, cross trainer and exercise bike.
The 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by sun loungers, with a sala alongside offering dining for 10 and a barbecue area.

- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
