Sunstone Villa is an eight-bedroom family villa of about 550 sqm under roof, tucked into a private corner of a development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip, around three minutes' drive from Nai Harn Beach. Its privacy and space make it a natural choice for large groups, extended families, weddings and celebrations.
There are seven main bedrooms plus an optional eighth room for extra guests or staff, with seven bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote-controlled air conditioning throughout. Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes, a wall safe, a large en-suite with walk-in shower and oval bath, an extra-large sofa bed for two children, and a private balcony facing jungle and valley. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite.
The other six bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedroom three has another king four-poster, a large en-suite and doors straight onto the pool terrace; bedrooms four, five and six have king-size beds and private bathrooms, and one king room also has a single. Bedroom seven has a pair of single bunks, and bedroom eight a queen bed with its own bathroom.
Upstairs, the dining table seats 18 for year-round al fresco meals, and the fully fitted Western kitchen has a Thai sitting area. Downstairs, the games room has a pool table, plenty of seating and a TV with DVD player and cable channels.
Outside, a large sun terrace looks over tropical jungle and surrounds the 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi. The adjacent sala, with a dining table, extra seating, gas barbecue and fridge, is ideal for evening barbecues and entertaining.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
