Opal Villa is an eight-bedroom villa for extended families and large groups, offering about 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living within a private development in a peaceful valley on Phuket's south-western tip. Jungle and valley views surround it, it is well suited to special events and celebrations, and Nai Harn lagoon and beach are about 15 minutes' walk away.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and a large en-suite. A twin room with two 3'6" singles is on the same floor – ideal for young children – along with an extra cloakroom with toilet and basin. The main living room, with a 50-inch TV, DVD player and cable channels, opens onto a covered balcony with sofa seating and a dining table for 18 overlooking the pool and valley. The fully fitted kitchen and a Thai sitting area are also on this level.
The remaining six bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedrooms three, four and five have king-size beds – bedroom three also has a large single – with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and doors straight onto the sun terrace and pool. Bedroom six has a king bed and shares a large family bathroom with bedroom seven, which has a queen bunk with a single above. Bedroom eight has a queen bed and en-suite. In total the villa sleeps 18.
Downstairs, the games room has a 50-inch TV with DVD and cable, a comfortable sofa, pool table, dartboard and gym equipment. Outside, the 10 x 5 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a large sundeck, garden and sun loungers, and the sala offers a second dining table for 10, extra seating, a gas barbecue and a fridge.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
