Diamond View is a modern nine-bedroom villa on a quiet hillside development overlooking Rawai Beach and the islands of the Andaman Sea. Rich colours and Asian touches run throughout, and the villa offers excellent value for groups of up to 24. Rawai Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and Nai Harn lagoon and beach are a five-minute drive.
Guests enter on the middle level, where the main living room looks straight out to sea and opens onto the sun deck and private infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi. Sun loungers, modern outdoor furniture and a large covered dining table surround the pool. This level also has the Western-style kitchen with a Thai sitting area, and two king-size suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and a sea-view balcony.
The upper level holds the master suite, with a king-size bed and its own private living room, a second master suite, and a twin room, together with a second living room and an office with desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. A further sun terrace on the upper balcony can be reached from inside or by an external spiral staircase.
The lower level has four more bedrooms: bedroom six with a king and two singles, bedroom seven with a king and a single, bedroom eight with two singles and a bunk set, and bedroom nine with a single and a bunk set. Every bedroom has its own en-suite and a flat-screen TV.
Also on the lower level is a large games room with pool, table tennis, darts, indoor basketball and gym equipment, plus a private cinema room with six double reclining loungers seating 12.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental is non-refundable.
