Turquoise View is a contemporary nine-bedroom villa on a quiet hillside development overlooking Rawai Beach and the islands of the Andaman Sea. Calm aquamarine tones echo the surrounding sea and sky, and the 180-degree views make it a standout choice for large groups of up to 25. Rawai Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and Nai Harn lagoon and beach are a five-minute drive.
Guests arrive on the middle level, where a huge sliding door frames the sea view and opens onto a spacious balcony and the 9 x 4 m infinity-edge pool with integral Jacuzzi. Sun loungers, modern outdoor furniture and a covered dining table for 16 surround the pool, with extra seating for larger parties. This level also has the Western-style kitchen with Thai sitting area and two king-size suites with en-suite bathrooms. An external spiral staircase leads up to a second sun terrace.
The upper level has three bedrooms: the master suite, with a king-size bed, large en-suite and its own living room with TV; a second master suite with a sea-view balcony; and bedroom three with three large single beds and a generous bathroom. A dedicated office with a desk, high-speed Wi-Fi and a landline is also on this floor.
On the lower level, bedrooms six and seven each have a king and a large single, bedroom eight has three large singles and bedroom nine has two singles – all en-suite. This floor also houses an enormous games room with pool and table-tennis tables, gym equipment, a large sofa and TV, plus a private cinema with six double reclining loungers seating 12 and two further single beds for older children or staff.

- Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight, sleeping in bedrooms only – not on sofas. Unregistered overnight guests are charged 50 USD per person per night.
- No smoking inside the villas; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Professional cleaning after indoor smoking is deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets.
- No fireworks, firecrackers or incendiary devices anywhere on the estate – breaches result in loss of deposit and eviction.
- No glass or china on the pool deck; use the melamine and plastic tableware provided.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
- 45–89 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental is non-refundable.
- 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is non-refundable.
